Local Austinite sings on ‘The Voice’

A local Austin musician, Lex Land, sang on the hit television show, The Voice  and left many of the judges impressed.

Land sang last week and just a few seconds into Bonnie Rait’s “Can’t Make You Love Me,” two judges turned around in their chairs showing that they wanted both wanted her on their team.

Land decided to be on the team with country singer, Blake Shelton because she felt that is the team that she would do the best on. Land is a singer-songwriter and has had multiple original pieces on popular television shows such as ‘Private Practice.’
